Review of Fish Bee Hoon Soup at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by marigoldish

Glad to find a vegan version of sliced fish soup! The soy milk base is slightly tangy as there was a good amount of tomatoes. There was also a generous amount of kailan. I would have preferred the usual thick bee hoon but I guess the brown rice vermicelli is healthier!
