This was a really great mix of rice, beans and veggies. Healthy and tasty.
Love how fresh the vegetable pasta is. And a combination of Mexican rice with beans,

The seven layer haystack is a popular dish at Genesis. While it isn't the best
Mexican dish in Singapore, it does hit the right notes. Wish there were more beans and less carrots!

Guess it's 7 cos of the 7 ingredients? Mexican rice, kidney beans, salsa, carrot, cucumber,
lettuce and corn chips (opted out). Love the soyannaise (so refreshing!) and the rice which was served piping hot. $8.90
Personally I don’t prefer this dish as much as their other offerings. The spices in
the rice is nice with a large variety of ingredients used with aesthetically good presentation but overall the dish feels a bit dry.
I liked the mix of rice and beans; the soy mayonnaise was not too bad
as well. However I would have been alright with having the dish without the chips.
