Review of 7-layer Haystack at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by truphotos

Personally I don’t prefer this dish as much as their other offerings. The spices in the rice is nice with a large variety of ingredients used with aesthetically good presentation but overall the dish feels a bit dry.
