Another amazing tofu dish from this charming and vegan-friendly restaurant in Shibuya. This was freshly made tofu skin served with soy sauce, wasabi and sudachi citrus juice. The consistency was amazing, it reminded me of “stracciatella” the filling of burrata which unfortunately it’s a cruel food. I also really loved the dipping sauce that accompanied this, it added to the tofu the right tanginess and made the final taste of the dish amazing.
