Saag apparently takes quite a long time to make. It is mashed spinach with garlic,

and flavours are delicate. I also noticed it has quite a bit of heat in it despite not being tongue-spicy! The dish comes with tandoor roti which was so-so. I liked the pickled shallot that gives a tangy interlude to the earthy flavours here. This dish cost $18+.

Being a North Indian, I have eaten this for the first time and I loved

it. Of course, like the name suggests it caters to those who enjoy greens with a really strong garlic flavour.

Again not a common dish In Singapore. Well made but I felt the restaurant was

a little low on spices. Enjoyed the dish
