How is this the first time I’m eating this #epic salad?! Seriously this has to
be one of the best salads I’ve had in a long time. I loved the mix of broccoli and broccolini and the cashews and vegan dressing really brought this together!

my favorite salads anywhere and I think what makes it really special is the different textures between the nuts and veggies and the amazingly light miso dressing that brings everything together. Definitely worth trying!

I 💚 that I got to eat kale 🥬 with broccoli 🥦 as kale is
expensive so I rarely eat it. A nice green 💚 salad 🥗 and cashews added flavor and nutrition. This meal at Empress was one of the best meals I ever had. Thanks @vikas for the treat! #bestpicks

Original vegan dish boasted of kale, lotus crisps, garlic chips, peanuts, smoked paprika, yogurt, chilli-calamansi
vinaigrette.
After putting in a request for garlic chips and nuts removal, it looked like.. a Chinese stir fry & tasted like an acid spiked Xmas tree sans decoration 🌲
Enjoyed the fresh nutty greens and chilli-calamansi vinaigrette dressing. Wish there were more lotus root
chips and could actually do without the yogurt which left a funky aftertaste in my mouth.
Thought the mix of broccoli, broccolini, kale, garlic chips, cashews and the gingery chilli sauce
it came with worked perfectly together 👌🏽
Unusual than most typical salads but I did like the taste. Only ate a bit
of this as it was for a large group to share. I don't think I will order this if I went there individually.
This was a wonderful mix of broccoli and broccolini (which I love!) with cashews and
a mildy sweet savoury sauce. It came cold somehow? Not sure if it was because this was at the dimsum buffet..
