The one in the white dish was my favourite taste wise, even though it was so spicy that it triggered my post-covid cough. Beware! The gyoza were quite oily.
Finally tried the #vegan dimsum platter at EMPRESS and it did not disappoint đ The skin of the dumplings were as soft as a cloud âïž and they were steamed perfectly. The ambience is 10/10 beside the #singaporeriver at ACM so itâs perfect for a brunch before museum visiting! Will be back!

Good variety on the platter! Sichuan dumpling was the best, amazing flavours. Not a fan of the kale but everything else was lovely.
