The salad course is always one of my favorites, not just for the ultra-tender fresh
greens, but the delicious toppings and dressings that the chef team always changes up. This time roasted tomatoes were the centerpiece, along with sauteed green peppers, toasted pine nuts and Epic cheese. The dressing with olive oil, agave syrup, lemon and salt gave the crowning touch. I can't recommend this place enough!!!
