was an amazing day out exploring the island with this exceptional #veganrestaurant as the highlight of the day. #saveveganrestaurants This was the third of 5 courses they do which change weekly for €29 including one drink. It was unseasonably warm for April at 27 degrees Celsius ☀️🕶️this afternoon and we were already melting🫠 from the heat. Therefore we were both hoping this was going to be a cold 🥣soup in typical Spanish gazpacho style. Unfortunately no. 😜It was still great and an inventive combination of 🎃pumpkin and 🍊orange with little balls made of the grain mijo. It was thick and very filling.
