This was okay, I’ve had better papaya salads, it was a little wet for my
liking. And not actually that much fresh papaya, seemed more like bean sprouts? The peanuts were a nice touch

Unripe #papaya is julienned, mixed with #carrots, long #bean, tomato and #peanuts. Then seasoned with #chili, some salt, soy sauce (usually fish sauce and shrimp paste), sugar and more. Mix it all together, and you get this healthy and comforting dish.
It was super tasty, fresh and just how it should be!
