DIY Lettuce Cups

I ordered this dish based on the review of someone on this app. I enjoyed the dish. The lettuce was fresh and the salad was good. A little oily though. The dressing was good. Enjoyed it.

This had to be modified to be vegetarian, but it was still really good! Quite spicy though.

In Singapore they call this “San Choy Pau” and traditionally it comes with chicken & pork but we #veganized it! Iceberg lettuce cups, sweet corn, Chinese mushrooms, sprouts, sugar snap peas, all coated with a very juicy and sticky sauce! Kind of messy but really tasty! #chopsuey #dempseyhill
