red sauce. First one I bite the outer was so yummy and the broccoli was ice cold 🤣 must be they soaked in ice water 💦 others was all good 🤣 sauce was good and the broccoli crunchy. Must go with rice else might be a bit salty.

soft on the inside. Impressed by how on point the sauce was even without alliums - similar to what I've eaten in Korea! Creative idea to use broccoli as a more natural ingredient instead of mock meat. Also topped with some roasted peanuts, bell pepper chunks, and alfalfa sprouts. stem had a softer texture making it feel like I was biting into a French fry. The sauce is delicious and amazing. If you go to Daehwa, you have to get this!!!

things I’ve ever tasted in my life. Period. Crispy fried broccoli coated in a sweet and spicy sauce, which makes it kinda taste like Korean fried chicken 🥺
is not too cooked! Really pairs well with the food as a side :)
