Yangnyeom Broccoli at Daehwa Vegetarianxinru-t's Review (Dec 7, 2022)

Battered broccoli smothered in a sticky, sweet, sour, and spicy red sauce. Crunchy outside and soft on the inside. Impressed by how on point the sauce was even without alliums - similar to what I've eaten in Korea! Creative idea to use broccoli as a more natural ingredient instead of mock meat. Also topped with some roasted peanuts, bell pepper chunks, and alfalfa sprouts. Only available at the Daehwa Vegetarian branch, so I would recommend trying it.
