Lebanese spiced couscous with amazing mushrooms (donā€™t know what else to call them they weā€™re

soooo good!) and roasted cauliflower and baked falafel on a bed of greens with hummus. Beautiful!

Worth every penny! And not even a lot of pennies šŸ˜‚ I was blown away

by the quality of all the ingredients here. This is actually my wife @mrsgarg choice but sheā€™s too busy to share šŸ§ so I figured why not. Check out my next post for mine!

I had the rice grain and seeds salad for base, vegan baked quinoa falafel for

protein, baby peas, turmeric cauliflower, sauteed mushrooms and grilled zucchini for the vegetables (added two more because i was famished!), and the vegan hummus for dollop. This bowl may be the best BYO salad bowl i ever had! The falafel with the caramelized onions was to die for and the hummus was lemony and has great texture in it (wasnt all mushy)! I enjoyed the rice salad, the chewy grains went really well with the crunchy sliced almonds!


Very yummy and nutritious ingredients! The falafel and the pumpkin were especially tasty.
