Rye sourdough toast topped with scrambled tofu "egg" - made extra creamy, rich, and savoury with vegan mayonnaise! 🍞🍳 Garnished with a crack of black pepper, and without any overpowering smell or taste of turmeric, nutritional yeast, black salt, etc. (No easy feat!) I actually ever had this for a delivery order, but this was my first time eating it while dining-in, and I really enjoyed it both times! 😍 Non-veg mum loved this too. Would highly recommend this for those looking for a more brunch-style main.
