Rye sourdough toast topped with scrambled tofu "egg" - made extra creamy, rich, and savoury with vegan mayonnaise! 🍞🍳 Garnished with a crack of black pepper, and without any overpowering smell or taste of turmeric, nutritional yeast, black salt, etc. (No easy feat!) I actually ever had this for a delivery order, but this was my first time eating it while dining-in, and I really enjoyed it both times! 😍 Non-veg mum loved this too. Would highly recommend this for those looking for a more brunch-style main. Along with the side of green salad mix and balsamic vinaigrette, this was nutritionally balanced and surprisingly filling (in a light and healthy way). 🥗🥕 There is also another somewhat similar item in the menu, Avocado Benedict on Rye Sourdough, featuring OnlyEg 'poached egg' and housemade pumpkin hollandaise sauce~ 🥑🎃 I can't really say one is better than the other, because both are egg-xcellent in different ways, so in conclusion please try both HAHA 🐣 (Allium-free, $12.90) #sgvegan #womenowned #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb #sourdough #toast #tofuscramble
