Usually, the camera eats first, but we got a late start this day, and I was starving!🤣 This was my first time trying this. Concha cookies are half bread roll and half crumbly cookie. Oh my goshhh, it's delicious. It literally combines two of my favorite things: bread and cookies! I loved the sugary crunchy coating, and of course, it was pink, so💯🎀💖 This pairs perfectly with one of their many coffee, tea, and latte options. Again, seriously, a must stop in Brooklyn! #vegan #cookies #bestpicks #abillionlove #veganfortheanimals

I love love love conchas, so I was so happy to see this beautiful pink specimen in the pastry window at Guevara's! It was everything I could ask for! It wasn't overly sweet, but didn't feel too bready on the inside. The pink sugar topping didn't flake away everytime I picked it up. And it was huge! If I lived here I'd be coming back for conchas all the time! At $5, it's a common treat I could justify. #prettyinpink #concha #pandulce #pastry #sweettooth #toocutetoeat #breakfast #nyc #brooklyn #vegantravel

when you eat before the camera 📸 found traditional Latin American vegan sweet bread at this cute cafe/plant shop. it reminded me of a pineapple bun. the top was crunchy. inside was white, soft and sweet, but not overly sweet. also had a chance to try other items like their cinnamon twist and their guava and cream cheese empanada. out of all the #desserts and savory item, the #concha was the best! think it is called concha because it resembles a shell 🐚 #nyc #vegancafe
