The satay gravy was the star here. Beehoon was amazingly soft. Bathed in a beautiful

sweet peanut sauce.

The veggies in here could be considered quite minimal - some beansprouts and strands of

kangkong.
Cos my table left this dish sitting for awhile whilst waiting for other dishes to be served, staff reminded us to quickly eat this as the sauce dries out quickly, & it wouldn’t be as enjoyable. They even offered a top-up refill of the sauce if we wanted. You can tell they value the quality of their food.
As I’m not into mock meat, they even got Chef to come out to kindly clarify how their “satay” is made - apparently an in-house creation using soy beans and Xiang ju(?)
& had quite a deep Nonya braised flavour, not tough at all and quite tasty and those who are looking for a meat texture substitute would be quite pleased at this
Satay sauce also had decent amount of peanut bits, not spicy at all, although not too sweet (As compared to tamp Zizai where I also recently had satay beehoon haha)

I like satay and I like bee hoon and this is the second time I’ve

gotten a satay bee hoon or sorts but it just doesn’t hit the expectations. With that being said I did think this was better than the other one I had. #day9 #veganisnotscary #1reviewaday #noodles

so its really good but can get a bit sick of it after awhile. but

yummy i love satay beehoon in general. this one has a really thick satay sauce and i dont miss non vegan satay beehoons at all ahaha.

We appreciate the generous portion and the tasty gravy. The texture of the satay also

nice and tender.
