Toothsome battered and fried soy 'pork', with a good flour to 'meat' ratio! Stir-fried in
sweet and sour sauce along with diced pineapple and bell pepper, making it a colourful dish~ 🍅🍍🫑 The glaze was good and not overly sticky or cloying. Classic Chinese dish done pretty well (albeit not particularly innovative since quite a few other veg*n eateries have this dish too); my companions enjoyed this a lot.
