Charred Avocado Maki Roll

I love when people get creative with vegan sushi, and that's all they do at Beyond Sushi! This roll has jackfruit crab, cucumber, charred avocado, and black truffle caviar. I've never had a charred piece of avocado before, but I really like what it added to this roll! The jackfruit crab wasn't really spicy, but I did like the flavor. It was creamy and not too fishy.
