You cannot taste the difference. Brilliant dish, very deliy

Delicious take on a vegan carpaccio! I’ve had this dish twice before! I think I enjoyed it more the first time as there was an “anchovy” sauce rather than a horseradish one the second time! But both were great!

Thin slices of carpaccio tasting like bresaola/parma ham, coming with horseradish sauce, fried capers, shaved parmesan, rocket and grissini. 5 stars all the way 👏🏼
