Thin slices of carpaccio tasting like bresaola/parma ham, coming with horseradish sauce, fried capers, shaved parmesan, rocket and grissini. 5 stars all the way 👏🏼

letusbeheroes @snooby I’m told they marinate rice paper sheets in a secret sauce. I actually googled and found someone’s recipe. Look up “mock prosciutto crudo”. I’m keen to experiment :)Reply
