Caesar Salad

Doko Demo V are the bessssst, my favourite restaurant on the Gold Coast. 100% vegan, friendly staff, breezy restaurant, easy parking, large menu, food is always amazing. Highly recommend 🌟 Felt like something lighter so went for the Caesar this time. It was a HUGE bowl, ingredients were fresh and high quality. The chick’n pieces were unusual, didn’t taste anything like chicken but tasty in their own way. The bacon on the other hand was very authentic. Doko demo has a vegan version of everything you once loved. I was a huge fan of caesar salad before I was vegan so I love to try different venues recreations of the dish which is highly reliant on non vegan products for the signature dressing. Doko produced a very beautiful dish which was reminiscent of caesar but the dressing just did not taste like a traditional caesar. It was good however and worth the price. #caesarsalad #salad
