VEGANTried this today. My go—to has always been the pho, but I decided to try something else. It was ok. Still prefer the Kind Pho. 🍜 The broth was a little too sweet. The noodles stuck together a little too much. I would give this a 5/10. #veganvietnamese
Finally back at Kind Bowl!! 🍜 Loved this, could have done without the mild spice in the sauce but I'll make sure to ask them next time ☺️
I love the viet dry noodle dish. But best enjoyed on the spot. Keeping it overnight the texture of the noodles changed. Lost the soft velvety texture. But still super yums. Love it. 🌸🌱
Everything on this plate is delicious! 🌿 Mint and herbs may be too much but I really think that you should give it a shot to try and immerse in the complexities if the flavours of Vietnamese cuisine! The plant balls were so delicious with the sauce going really well with the rice noodles 🍜
I love my greens but there was a bit too much of them in this dish to finish, even if mixed with the gravy. The gravy had an intriguing flavour of spices but it felt there wasn't enough of it to mix with the vermicelli and greens and overall I found it hard to get through. Will stick to their pho next time.
