Braised Lion’s Head Mushroom Ball with Seasonal Vegetables

this was so filling! very meaty flavour and coated in a thick silky gravy. - overall the food at Lingzhi was good but i wouldn't say exceptional, especially considering the high price point. plus most of the dishes on the menu were deep fried / drenched in a heavy layer of sauce 😯 (we ordered from their CNY menu, maybe their ala carte menu has healthier options.)
