Shiitake To Me roll

It's so refreshing seeing creative vegan sushi! I love mushrooms and anything tempura, so the

Shiitake To Me was an obvious choice. I love the earthiness of it balanced with the freshness of the Thai basil on top. The sweet soy sauce was delicious and the tempura mushrooms and sweet potato were so light and crispy.

The roll thats being reviewed is the one on the top. Love thai basil. Mushroom

had a great texture. Roll was a little too salty for my preference. Would have liked more of a noticable sweet potato flavor.

This is the best sushi I have ever had. I was skeptical of the mushroom,

but it was so delicious. The roll has sautéed mushrooms, mushroom sweet potato tempura, truffle oil, Thai basil, and sweet soy sauce. The sauce is amazing. Blue Sushi has a ton of vegan options and they are all great. Will definitely order this again!

are the vegan tuna, Thai veggie and veggie rolls with tofu tempura and vegan cream cheese. The sauces were also amazing.

This roll is $11.50 and includes mushrooms stir fried in coconut milk, shiitake and sweet

potato vegan tempura, truffle oil, thai basil, and sweet soy sauce.

This vegan maki roll is so delicious! Has tempura sweet potato, mushroom, and is just

amazing :) they mark what’s vegan on their menu too!

There are so many vegan sushi rolls to choose from! They have a few on

happy hour too and I have been totally satisfied by every single one I’ve tried :)
