This dessert is gorgeous AND delicious. The tartness of the fruits come out beautifully in

the filling, and there is a subtle sweetness that doesn't overpower at all. The crust is made with almond flour and it's got a nice crunch. Also they were half price on Phenix - $60 for two pieces of dessert, although you don't get to choose - so it was really worth it! My whole family really enjoyed it and we cut the already tiny tart into 4 miniscule pieces haha.

This is Delicious! The passionfruit and lime curd is refreshing and perfect for this weather.

The almond and flaxseed sweetcrust just melts in your mouth. Everything comes together perfectly, not too sweet and so fresh! She uses in-season local and/or organic fruits as much as possible.

I'm going to order her pastries for my uncle's upcoming birthday party! It's going to wow everyone and then I'm going to tell them it's vegan 🤣💪

I got the 10cm round (2-4 persons) for $168. She also has individual and 15cm sizes.

@moosewong you have to try her pastries! Right now, they're made to order but she also has tea salons on weekends where you can dine-in and take-away. Everything is plant-based and some are also gluten-free. I can't wait to try more!
