Passionfruit & Lime Tart at Bien Caramélisé — Anna's Review (Apr 14, 2021)

This is Delicious! The passionfruit and lime curd is refreshing and perfect for this weather. The almond and flaxseed sweetcrust just melts in your mouth. Everything comes together perfectly, not too sweet and so fresh! She uses in-season local and/or organic fruits as much as possible.

I'm going to order her pastries for my uncle's upcoming birthday party! It's going to wow everyone and then I'm going to tell them it's vegan 🤣💪

I got the 10cm round (2-4 persons) for $168. She also has individual and 15cm sizes.

@moosewong you have to try her pastries! Right now, they're made to order but she also has tea salons on weekends where you can dine-in and take-away. Everything is plant-based and some are also gluten-free. I can't wait to try more!
