Bao buns

Love that this restaurant is fully plant based! Had their bao buns before, i think i prefer the ‘pork’ ones but these were pretty tasty too. Shittake bao buns. The only thing i would complain about was that there was a lot of sauce so the bottom of the bao bun was kind of wet.

Delish! Very creative, i wouldn’t say it exactly resembles pork but i thought it was great!

These char siu pork bao buns have ruined me for all over bao burns. The ‘pork’ looks so authentically like what you would have found in your corner Chinese takeaway but tasted even better - succulent and tangy.

Mushroom and spice in a bao bun. What more could you ask for? A sharing platter?
