Phad Thai noodles topped with mixed veggies such as broccoli, kailan, and beansprouts. Compared to
the old version, this new rendition included #sglocal #onlyeg omelette shreds, seemingly in replacement of fried beancurd. Personally would still have liked some beancurd or perhaps tempeh cubes for added protein! This dish was on the sweet side which didn't quite suit my tastebuds.
