The Beyond Sausage Phad Thai cost $15.90. Unlike the usual Phad Thai with beansprouts and

scrambled eggs, this seemed more like a fusion dish. The soft rice noodles were drenched in Thai red curry that was simultaneously sweet and spicy. Lots of ingredients with contrasting tastes and textures, including tomatoes, longan, and a Beyond Meat sausage. There were also condiments for us to customise the taste to our liking. Very flavourful!

Beyond Sausage Pad Thai ($15.90++) from Bangkok Jam's recently launched Green Monday menu! As you

can probably tell from the colour, it was super spicy (in between 中辣 and 大辣 in MLXG terms) and I felt like I was just eating chilli... and I didn't even mix in the chilli powder. Dead. So in terms of flavour I can't quite comment HAHA. But the texture of the sausage and noodles was great. Thanks Bangkok Jam for offering plant based options!!

Unfortunately not a fan of this one. The Pad Thai was way too sweet for

my liking. Also think it could be a lot spicer. I miss having Thai food food in Thailand where every dish is crazy spicy!!! 🌶 #veganisnotscary
