love that they have the balance of subtle flavors instead of dousing everything in rich and heavy sauces like most Americanized Italian dishes.
This meal was phenomenal and I highly recommend trying if you are in the area!

This pasta is incredible! Great flavor and texture. I wish the portion size were a

little bigger because it was soooo good.

I’d never encountered this pasta shape before. It is adept at gripping as much of

that rich bolognese sauce as possible. Cooked perfectly al dente.

Very delicious, I’d also recommend the version at Wild Seed in SF.
