Delicious white wine pasta with mushrooms, shallots and hearty herbs. This is probably the most authentic Italian food you'll find at a 100% vegan place in all of the US!
love that they have the balance of subtle flavors instead of dousing everything in rich and heavy sauces like most Americanized Italian dishes.
This meal was phenomenal and I highly recommend trying if you are in the area!
