Smoked “Salmon” Benedict

Omg this was worth the 26$ dish😅 the carrot salmon is really good, the sauce was good and that goes without talking about the poached Yo egg !! These are crazy, feels too real ! It was absolutely mind blowing #eggsbenedict

I was so disappointed with this dish. I had high expectations and enjoyed some of the other foods we had, but this had absolutely no flavor. The “egg” was an unseasoned piece of tofu, the hollandaise had no flavor at all, and the smoked salmon was tasteless. I’ve had other delicious vegan smoked salmon before, so I was shocked when this one had absolutely no flavor. I would recommend getting other options over this.

I’ve been wanting to try carrot smoked salmon for so long, so I jumped on this dish! And wow did it impress! They are able to imitate the texture and flavour of smoked salmon so well with carrots. And the home fries here are seasoned so well and so crispy. Amazing!
