Smoked “Salmon” Benedict at Astoria Bistro Botanique — tiascaz's Review (Feb 23, 2022)

I’ve been wanting to try carrot smoked salmon for so long, so I jumped on this dish! And wow did it impress! They are able to imitate the texture and flavour of smoked salmon so well with carrots. And the home fries here are seasoned so well and so crispy. Amazing!
