Arancini

Arancini was my favorite snack when I was studying abroad in Italy, and it was awesome to find a vegan version! This was even better than the non-vegan arancini I've tried, the flavors were exquisite and the quality is outstanding. The parsley herb sauce was lovely and complemented the arancini well. This was a fantastic dish and a phenomenal meal. ARANCINI!!! Often, these are made with chicken stock, and always with cheese. This vegan version lacked nothing. It was creamy and crunchy on the outside and delicious. The pesto sauce at the bottom of the dish was so tasty as well! #veganisnotscary #sanfranciscovegan
