Review of Arancini at BAIA by snl017

ARANCINI!!! Often, these are made with chicken stock, and always with cheese. This vegan version lacked nothing. It was creamy and crunchy on the outside and delicious. The pesto sauce at the bottom of the dish was so tasty as well!
