$9 after NUS student discount! Probably the most underrated vegan cafe in SG this would

probably cost $16.90 in CBD area
The pasta was really good and the prawns taste pretty like the real thing imo

The sauce was very green and refreshing, prawns were surprisingly flavourful and tart. I thoroughly

enjoyed this dish

This dish consists of cashew pesto pasta, creamy garlic vegan shrimps, cherry tomato, sunflower seeds,

pumpkin seeds and chia seeds.

Love this dish! Cashew and pesto pasta was creamy and yet not cloying. The vegan shrimps had a nice taste. Good size portion! Would order again!

This was quite a surprise! Wasn't expecting to like the konnyaku prawns at all but

they were very well flavoured and had a nice texture. 😋 it is a cold pasta.

Pasta coated in allium-free pesto sauce made from scratch (and made with love!) using cashews,

Italian sweet basil, and moringa. 🍝🌿 Loved the incorporation of antioxidant-rich moringa superfood! From an Ayurvedic perspective (which Ash promotes through Ahimsa Café's wholesome food), the herb helps to detoxify the body, which I guess explains the dish name hehe. The dish could be customised to be allium-free (always appreciative of F&Bs that are mindful of catering to both the vegan and allium-free crowds!), featuring spicy monkeyhead mushrooms instead of garlic shiitake mushrooms. 🍄 I think they used to serve this dish with konjac 'prawns' a long time ago; glad they've switched to whole foods instead! The other toppings were cherry tomatoes, as well as toasted pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for some crunch. One of the new weekend all-day brunch items available; I personally preferred the Umommy in terms of flavour!
