This dish consists of blue pea basmati rice, tofu in coconut aminos ginger sauce, edamame, sliced avocado, pickled carrots and sesame seeds. It was really delicious! Love the sauce for the tofu and it wasn’t salty. Good size portion. All the ingredients came together very well. Would definitely return to try the rest of the menu!

🍛 Simple dish with carefully prepared ingredients. Kind of a kick to get blue colour

food time to time 🤣 taste good in general with the tofu taking centerpiece of the dish. But I'd probably have more of the fresh carrots/veg and less avocado 🤗

The tofu is especially tasty. The basmati rice is a nice change of pace.

Loved this dish as the tofu has a very nice umami note. It’s not

only pretty to look at, it’s packed with nutrients too! Wished it had a bit more vegetables.

Unfortunately they ran out of basmati rice so it was replaced with quinoa instead. Nevertheless

it was still pretty yummy. The tofu was well seasoned :)
