Stamina Karubi Teishoku (veganised)

Forgot when was the last time I dined at a #japanese restaurant - love the dish, it’s very tasty! Gave my miso soup away cause i wasn’t sure if it’s vegan - so it’s not ichiju sansai (one soup three dishes) anymore🤣🤣 It was a lovely lunch🥰

This set can be veganised by requesting for Eggless and sauceless for the salad. Enjoyed my meal a lot! Aburi-en surely nailed this plant based yakiniku dish~ My non-veg bf also enjoyed this~ Aburi-en restaurant is spacious with many seatings. It serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Add on this place to hang out with friends, while the meatless/ Vegan options last

! Ordered without egg ! I really liked the presentation, and I’m happy I could get a normal experience dining at a Japanese restaurant (not ordering random side dishes or smtg). But disappointingly, the meat is just like normal mock meat from the hawker center. Perhaps charred more nicely? My partner thought it tasted like mushroom. I found the sauce too salty but it was okay when I mixed it with the rice. Overall, wouldn’t order again!
