Review of Stamina Karubi Teishoku (veganised) at Aburi-EN by sophiagoh

! Ordered without egg !

I really liked the presentation, and I’m happy I could get a normal experience dining at a Japanese restaurant (not ordering random side dishes or smtg).

But disappointingly, the meat is just like normal mock meat from the hawker center. Perhaps charred more nicely? My partner thought it tasted like mushroom.

I found the sauce too salty but it was okay when I mixed it with the rice.

Overall, wouldn’t order again!
