A friend asked me to review these for #NationalMacaronDay. We enjoyed these soft, tasty morsels after a hike. Not all of their Macarons are vegan, but they had six of them, and we tried all of them…strawberry, chocolate, lilikoi, coffee, matcha, and vanilla, each one living up to its name. The cookie crust is soft and delicate. I’d imagine that bakers who don’t know any better would insist that macarons are impossible to veganize, but this place figured it out! I even enjoyed some leftovers after being stored in the fridge. The creamy filling was a little more firm, but the crust just as light and delicate. We were also Impressed with presentation and how neatly packed they were.
