🌿 Texture was very close to lean ground ‘beef’ with ground turkey. It weirded us both out at first and then we discussed that it would hold up great if we had a Vegan BBQ to show our non-Vegan friends what delicious food we can eat! Highly recommend!

✨ The texture shreds similarly to chicken, the taste is close to what I recall them tasting like (about 70%). Gets nice and crispy in air fryer! Would buy time after time.
