Hi, thank you for the review and support. Not sure if you baked them or pan fried.  We need to update our instructions for baking calling for a dash of oil to be added to the mix as they can come out drier when baking. When pan frying they should be not be dry. Our falafel is made using activated chickpeas, and pure herbs and spices. Although they are healthy, they are also moreish. Prepare them at home, just add water and fry, and then gobble them up fresh out the pan. A box makes 20-24 falafels.
