Easy way to make some falafels that taste good. #pigsnpaws
Our falafel is made using activated chickpeas, and pure herbs and spices. Although they are healthy, they are also moreish. Prepare them at home, just add water and fry, and then gobble them up fresh out the pan. A box makes 20-24 falafels.
garlic and onion
chickpeas, onion, kalahari desert salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic parsley, cilantro, black pepper, white pepper, chilli, and bicarbonate of soda

Really like the texture of this falafel. Easy to make and versatile- can add more spices/herbs/onions or roll in sesame seeds. #glutenfree #noaddedsugar #falafel
Shout out to Outcast for this mix, it was I think R70-80 and makes 20-25 portions, it’s also conveniently split into 2 sachets inside which makes it easier to cater to single meals.
I really enjoyed these falafels. Easy to make, quick in an airfryer. Smells really nice, there are enough flavour for a classic option. Next time, I will cook it a bit less, I did 180 degrees for 13 mins, I think it was just a bit too long. Either way, with plenty of crunchy veggies and a nice sauce, our falafel wraps were delicious!
Quick and easy to make. Simply add boiling water, rest, shape and then bake/fry. I did them in the air fryer and they turned out crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They were maybe a little too crumbly. Flavour wise I think they were lacking something but I just can’t put my finger on it. #falafel #readymeal #chickpea
