I really enjoyed these falafels. Easy to make, quick in an airfryer. Smells really nice, there are enough flavour for a classic option.
Next time, I will cook it a bit less, I did 180 degrees for 13 mins, I think it was just a bit too long. Either way, with plenty of crunchy veggies and a nice sauce, our falafel wraps were delicious!

Thank you! So pleased it worked out well. it depends on the air fryer and if you use a pan or mesh. We find around 12 min at 180 works well with a baking dish in the air fryer. Otherwise they dry a little too much. As you said in a wrap with sauce and veggies it is all good. Pan frying with a little oil works best if you eating them on their own.
