Super tasty seitan, ready in few minutes, easily packaged in two 125g. portions. The portions are tough to open though, with scissors often biting into the product, could be improved.

The presentation of the vegan Gricia is fantastic, but it lacks on taste. The “cheese” taste is not tangy or spicy, and the seitan bacon is too crispy. Overall a great choice, but could be improved!
