Satisfies a craving. Doesn’t feel gross eating, not overdrenched in sauce. Right amount of flavour. Wish there were more leafy greens 🥬 though. I wouldn’t mind paying more for those.

This is the BEST Asian vegan dish I’ve had in my entire life! Hualien, Taiwan is a Vegetarian/Vegan heaven. There were so many other great vegetarian restaurants in this town.
