What I eat to start the day at 5am :)
Gauc toast:
1 avocado, mashed in a cup
Add salt and lemon to taste and mix in
Dice cherry tomatoes and add to mixture
Toast some bread until golden
Put gauc on toast
Add alfalfa sprouts more
Very good. Made Christmas custard & jelly fruit cups!! Everyone enjoyed

I love this restaurant from the style to the food. The colour on all the menus, tables and floors have a nice bright pop to them and it gives me a very good vibe. This oyster mushroom burger was incredible; i had to stop more
This is one of my favourite milks. I always use this or other plant based milks such as vitasoy. Recommend. :)
This dish is normally vegetarian, but I've been told becomes vegan when altered with the removal of cheese and sour cream. I found it filling and enjoyable.
Tofu is crisp and light. The dressing slightly overpowering for my taste, but adds a nice touch. Quinoa and tossed salad with cherry tomatoes feels light and healthy. Overall, quite enjoyable, although, not my usual meal. 😅 7/10
