This jelly is super-simple and quick to make. Just boil a kettle and pour over the crystals and stir. They dissolve very quickly within seconds. Then refrigerate and leave to set. The jelly has a good texture and flavour. It’s easy to add things like fruit to change it up a bit and I’ve also used it to make a vegan trifle.
My go to jelly. I used this in my trifle. It sets well and tastes lovely.

So happy to find good jelly. Loved this raspberry flavour, tastes just like the one i use to have as a kid. Really easy to make and sets really fast. Tastes great with alpro custard as well. The raspberry flavour is really good and not to strong. Great price and will defo buy again.
