Disclaimer: I'm not 100% certain which dishes actually belong to the 4 course and which to the 6. No matter what, the dishes were aesthetically pleasing and their flavors worked well together. Shootout to the tofu "sandwich", where the tofu is chewy almost like fishcake! The teoppoki (3rd photo) was presented beautifully as well. The starter, soup and dessert are the same as the 4 course set so I didn't include those pictures.
